Once you have placed your order and we receive the payment confirmation, our team will review the confirmation receipt and start with the processing. After the formalities are completed, you will receive a confirmation email from Stockwell Nutrition.
It will contain the order details like the ordering date, expected delivery date/ time, products purchased, and invoice. You will also be given a unique Order ID in this email. Our team will send you constant updates about the product shipment processing. 
 

The procedure of canceling an order is quite simple. If you have recently placed it and the products are in the processing phase. You just have to open the 'My Account' tab and 'My Order' option to cancel the order.
However, if the order processing has got updated, then canceling it directly will not be possible. We recommend that you contact us by texting or emailing us with your cancelation request. 
For prepaid orders, we will provide you a refund if the order is rejected during delivery. The refund will be initiated once the product reaches back to us. Also, if the order is in the transit phase, then canceling it will not be possible.
 

Order Processing: The Order is confirmed and dispatch remains. 
Order In Transit: The confirmed Order is dispatched from the warehouse. It is on its way to the delivery location through our logistics partners. 
Order Complete: The placed Order has been successfully delivered and hence it completed. 
Pending Payment: This term means that the payment for the placed order remains pending. 
Order Cancelled: The placed Order has been Canceled. 
Order Refunded: The amount of the Order has been refunded to the account holder.

No, we place no extra or hidden charges on orders placed by our customers. The prices listed with the products are inclusive of all expenses. This means that you will be paying the same amount for the product while checkout out or completing the order. 
However, extra delivery charges might be added if you need the product to be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days (or expedited delivery). On the other hand, standard delivery will have no additional charges. The price you see upon confirming the order will be the final payable amount. The products from the order will be delivered to you within 5 to 7 working days. 
 

If you still have doubts about making transactions online, then you must opt for the Cash on Delivery option. Under this facility, you can pay once the order arrives at your doorstep. You can review the invoice provided on the product shipment packaging, to tally the order. To avail this service for the order, you just have to select the option while checking out. 
 

We suggest that you double-check with your bank whether the amount has been deducted. If the amount gets debited after the transaction fails, then it will get credited back within 7 working days. However, this processing time may depend on bank policies. Keep in touch with your bank’s support services to stay updated. 
On the contrary, if the bank confirms otherwise, you should contact us immediately. If the amount gets credited into our account, then we will follow the refund procedure and get it back to you within 3 days. The Refund Receipt will be based on the payment mode you had selected. This will work as follows: 
Credit Card: 7 to 21 business days
Debit Card: 5 to 7 business days
Net Banking: 2 to 4 business days
 

If your order placement turns out to be unsuccessful, the Stockwell Credits debited from your account will be refunded within 3 working days. 
 

If the payment of the placed order gets failed, then we recommend you retry placing the order. And ensure that all information entered by you is accurate i.e. delivery address, account details, and passwords. We also recommend that you recheck your internet connection, whether it is stable or not. 
If the account gets debited even after the screen displays payment failure, then the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days. For further query resolution, you may call us with your Order ID to get the resolution of your issues. 
 

We have partnered with numerous reliable and certified logistics providers to deliver the orders to their respective delivery location.  
While we cover a large number of ZIP codes for delivering the products, there are a few locations where our services are still not available. We currently ship in PAN India only; our services are not available outside the country. 

Once the order is dispatched, we deliver your order within 2-3 business days in regions such as Kolkata, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. For other cities, your order gets delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery by road takes a little longer time than delivery by air couriers. 
For ground-shipped orders, we deliver the package within 4-7 working days after dispatching it from our warehouse. Also, delivery of the order at some remote location like the North East may take up to 1 week or longer. Delivery of orders at the North East largely depends upon the ongoing geographical constraints of that location.
 

Once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, you will receive a notification on your registered phone number and email ID. Make sure you check spam as well, if, in case the mail is marked as spam.
We send a link to your email and SMS by which you can track the phase of your order. Moreover, you can check your order status by going on ‘My Account’ and then on ‘My Order’ to track the shipment. 
 

The chances of a product getting damaged during transit are rare. But if you still receive a tampered order then check: 
If the packaging of the box is tampered or damaged and does not contain the Stockwell Nutrition label. Please reject the order at delivery even if the order is prepaid. Immediately drop a message on our website or notify us through an email so that we can take action and refund your amount if necessary. 
When you receive a damaged product, as per our service claims, we request you to send video proof of unboxing along with the issue. We won’t be able to take further actions of that tampered product without any video evidence.
 

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
If the product is altered or used.
If the return request is initiated after 3 working days from the date of delivery.
The product gets tampered or damaged due to overuse or misuse by the user.
If the order and product serial number gets tampered.
If a return is initiated without original packagings such as price tags, freebies, original packing, labels, and other accessories. 
Defective products which are included under Manufacturer or seller warranty.
Please Note: Consumable products in their original form with the proper seal are only eligible for returns. Once the products are opened, they won't be eligible for returns. We will not be able to accept returns for orders in case of problems like stomach upset, flavor difference, rashes, headache, mixability, flavors like/dislike, and dizziness. In such cases, we advise you to consult your doctor, fitness trainer, or dietitian before consuming any kind of product as their result may differ for different body types. For fitness equipment, we don't accept returns unless it gets damaged in shipment. 

In any of such cases, you are advised to follow the below-mentioned steps:
First Step:
In rare cases, the products may get damaged at the time of shipment. This happens due to poor handling by Logistics teams. We suggest our customers to make an unboxing video as valid proof and get their problems resolved at the earliest. Also, if everything turns out to be good, you may use it to post on your social media channels for recommendation or referral. Do remember to tag us in the post. We run several review programs through which you may receive reward coupons. You can redeem these while making future purchases. 
If a product is incorrect or damaged as per the description on our site, or if any item is missing as per your order quantity, then we advise you send an image of the outer product packaging, batch number, snapshot of the received products along with invoice copy to our customer care.
Second step:
After initiating a return request, we will analyze and respond in 1 or 2 days. We may also raise the concern to the importer or brand and wait for their response.
Successful Claim- You must share all the necessary information such as product details, order number, product invoice copy, mode of payment used at the time of ordering, intact outer seal of the item, and intact outer packaging of the received product to claim your concern successful.
Unsuccessful Claim – If you fail to share any of the above-mentioned information, then your return request will be marked as an unsuccessful attempt. 
If your claim is successful, we will soon initiate a reverse pickup from your mentioned location. After the positive feedback from our team, the reverse is arranged in the following steps:
Our courier partners take 2-3 working days to pick up the item/product from your registered address. 
Our standard delivery partner will be responsible to do a reverse pickup. It generally takes 4-6 working days to receive that product at our warehouse. 
Once the product arrives at our warehouse in a good condition, we immediately process the return. You will receive the refund amount in 4-6 working days. In case of replacement, it will be done depending on the availability of the product.
If there is negative feedback about the product from our team, it will be sent back to you in that condition.
Please Note: According to our return policy, you will have to raise concerns within 5 days with an appropriate unboxing video and product image.  
 

At the time of order transaction, if you have paid via online payment gateways, we will process the payment in that same account.
In the case of bank transaction or cash on delivery, we will provide a cheque in the registered name of the buyer.
We may also process the refund in your Stockwell Nutrition cash wallet after your consent. 
 

We process the refund within 3 days.
However, your bank may take up to 1 week to process that refund amount.
